FORMAX FD2052 |

The
AutoSeal® FD 2052 is a fully automatic pressure
sealer which
provides the ultimate solution for processing pressure
sensitive
self-mailers.
Designed with ease of operation and efficiency in mind, the FD 2052
automatically
detects and adjusts for 11” and 14” (Int’l
Size A4) paper
sizes and is pre-programmed for three popular folds: “Z”, “C” and
Half.
The FD 2052 also has the ability to store up to nine custom fold
settings
with the simple touch of a button.
The feed hopper can hold up to 350 forms which are processed at speeds
up
to 11,000 per hour. These features combine to make the FD 2052
an ideal
solution for streamlining your post processing.
Options include a fully enclosed cabinet for
storage and an 18” (46cm)
or 4’ (122cm) high-capacity conveyor
with a photo eye for neat and
sequential stacking of processed forms.

The Infinity Solutions 5K Pressure Seal System is an integrated folder/sealer with a processing throughput of up to 7,000 forms per hour. By leveraging patented pressure seal technology for a tighter seal to protect the integrity of your document processing and Sound Deafening Covers as a standard option provides for a quieter operating unit. We have designed the 5K with a bottom feed system; a convenient and easy to use 6-digit, resettable, batch-capable counter; six fold patterns that can process forms up to 14” in length. The integrated conveyor output system helps move your forms in a seamless paper stream, while maintaining the
